We will be staying at the Renaissance Wailea next month and wondering if anyone knows of some good restaurants in the area. Looking for casula but nice seafood places, preferably with a view of the ocean.

We tried The Chart House about 2 1/2 years ago and it was great. Their food is always consistantly good. I believe it's right on the water......

The Seawatch, Sandcastles at theWailea shopping village is it still exists, The Palm(I think it is called at your property)...not for the buffet but for a la carte dining...wonderful singer, the pizza place for casual fare inluding muffins, cold pasta salads, etc. and the coffee shop at the Four Seasons...yes, you heard right, the coffee shop..more reasonable dining but highly recommended in the area.

Sorry, I have got to start editing with my glasses on. The pizza place is at the Kea Lani. The Palm(s) is at the Renaissance. Oh yes, Maui Onion poolside at your hotel has the best fries, rings and burgers around.

Nick's Fish Market at the Kea Lani is incredible. The service is excellent and so is the food. We also ate at Humu at the Grand Wailea, but it couldn't compare to Nick's
