Restaurant Recommendations in Eugene Oregon

Looking for a restaurant recommendation in Eugene. We prefer a place with outdoor dining and good quality food with vegetarian options.

We often talk about the pleasant evening we had at Beppe & Gianni's--an Italian restaurant in a residential neighborhood with outdoor seating: http://www.beppeandgiannis.net/

We liked everything about the place. The food and service are good, and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.

Sweewaters at Valley River Inn is probably the nicest setting in Eugene- it has a nice deck on the river - not sure if you can make reservations on the deck- but check it out.

The Northbank is another very nice setting on the river - but its a brewpub type place so not really catering to vegetarian but I suppose salads available.

Soriah's is Mediterranean type restaurant - nice outdoor courtyard - sometimes service slow

Marche - don't eat there often but very good reputation- outdoor dining area but in a shopping area - so not same ambiance as some restaurants

Oakway Mall - has a couple of outdoor restaurants - there is a new Italian restaurant with outdoor seating but have not tried it yet - also a Mexican restaurant with outdoor seating - nice courtyard.

My choice would be Sweetwaters for nice views and dining

We always stop at Marche on our way up to Portland from Southern Oregon. Great place.

My favorite place for outdoor seating is Studio One cafe on campus. It has been a long time since I have been in Eugene so I hope it's still there. The food was incredible and it used to be a house so it's very quant. Enjoy.

My vote would be for King Estate Winery, though it would be a bit of out of town drive.
