Reservations

Leaving for New Orleans Friday morning for a long weekend. We are a group of 6.
Do we need to make reservations for dinners before we get there. Anyone with last minute suggestions on where to eat & drink. I did make reservations at Jacque imos Cafe. I heard that was very good.

You should definitely make reservations! What kind of food (and price) interests you?

mels, Ate at Muriels this past October.
Excellent all-around dining experience.

But then again, you wouldn't go wrong by Jacques-Imos either. It's just about a $10 cab ride vs Muriels being in the FQ right off Jackson Square.
We also had a good dinner at Bourbon House.

Thanks for your input Kal !

Also made a reservation at Maximo's
but I was thinking about waiting at Irene's. There are plenty of places for brunch, lunch, drinks, my real concern was for dinner. So much to choose from and only 4 days.

Irene's is worth the wait. Commander's Palace is worth the $$$. Enjoy!
