Renovations at Ballys Done?

Are they through renovating the rooms at Ballys or do I have to worry that if I get a good rate there that I might get stuck in one of the rooms which hasn't been renovated yet?

Skip the consternation and stay at Bellagio.
Heck, they're practically giving away rooms at Aladdin and they're all barely a year old.

Hi Baker,
How do you know they're 'giving away' rooms at Aladdin? I was trying to book there several days ago, and the mid-week prices were so-oo high... Please advise. Tx.

They must have been hosting a convention or something.....rooms at Aladdin have been cheapest of the major strip hotels (on average) for months.
Have you tried comparing on any of the Vegas reservation websites, etc?

Yes, I have checked numerous sites - midweek rate in Aladdin for May ranges $80-$100/night which is almost twice as much as Bally's, Flamingo, Harrah's, etc. Tx.

Three weeks ago they were as low as $59 at Aladdin.
Could be that for your dates they've already sold a large block of rooms for an event. Or that management is shifting strategies as the place is being positioned for sale.
