In my opinion there are very few must sees or cool things to do in Reno. Unless you are planning to ski (which it sounds like you are not), you may find yourself bored to tears.

Also, typing in all capital letters makes it very hard to read. On the internet, all capitals is also considered a form of shouting.

Will you have a car? If not, things could be difficult.

It's very unlikely there will be enough snow for snowmobiling. It's possible there will be snow for tubing IN the ski areas, i.e. where they make snow -- but doubtful outside the ski areas.

Jenny, the landscaped area along the river in Reno is very pretty, and makes a lovely walk on both sides. There's a nice drive up to the scenic areas at Mt Rose, and another to Virginia City, where you can spend an hour or two on the wooden shopfront boardwalks. I love the view back to Reno, in the desert. The Donner Pass road near Truckee goes through some beautiful white rock alpine scenery, similar to parts of Yosemite. We've chosen to go back for a couple of days, from Australia, on the way to Yellowstone, because of the pretty scenery, and the cheap accommodation.
