Recreational sites around Kanc, fees
We plan to travel Next week around Kanc and planning to make a very quick stop (10-15min max, assuming area doesn't involve a lot of walking) at Rocky Gorge Scenic Area and Lower Falls Recreation Site. The forest service website claims that both of these sites have fees https://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/whit...a/?recid=74965 and https://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/whit...a/?recid=74967 But doesn't actually state what the fees are.
On the permit and passes page, https://www.fs.usda.gov/main/whitemo...its/recreation It claims to be $5 per day for recreation on White Mountain National Forest. I have no idea if the area mentioned above comes under this area.
Does anybody have more information on these fees?
Thanks in advance.

Does this help? Also look at the list of local vendors where you can buy a pass:

oops, you already looked at that link but it also references another link about areas requiring a pass.
On this page, the list of areas requiring a pass is listed. Rocky Gorge is on the list under Saco Ranger Area. https://www.fs.usda.gov/detail/white...telprdb5187652
