need car pick up in boston and return in newark, nj (airports) least expensive way to do it? will use car for 5 days.

Will you need to take the car into Manhattan? Some companies charge additional fees if you do.

Try Avis.com If you can pick up at their downtown Govt Center location or another non-airport location you will save about $40 in airport taxes. Plug in AWD discount number A469100

expedia has a chart on their site after you select car rental - it gives various companies, car sizes and price.

We have found one-way car rentals are usually cheaper airport to airport rather than downtown location - but of course, check it out for your specific case.
