I stayed there for three nights in August '99 and was very satisified. It's an older facility and not posh but was very clean and comfortable. We had reserved a room with two beds but called and asked if we could arrive a day early and stay three nights instead of two. We were upgraded (without having asked) to a one BR unit with futon couch as the LR bed. LR had nice efficiency kitchenette and bigl glass dining table w/4 chairs. The staff was friendly and helpful and street noise was unobtrusive (surprising considering location and that we were on the 4th floor). It's an incredibly convenient location and although the facilities aren't posh, they're adequate and IMHO a great bargain (we paid $120 per month in August - a very busy season). I would stay there again if choosing a hotel in NYC.

I meant $120 per NIGHT not per month (obviously).

That sounds like a great price!! What do they charge for a regular double-room?? Or do they only offer apartments and/or suites? Judging from the name, I'm assuming this place is near Times Square, am I correct? I'd like a place within walking distance of Broadway. Any additional info. will be appreciated.

I believe their prices for regular double rooms are about $110 - 120 and a bit higher for the LR/BR combo with kitchenette. As I recall, it's on 49th Street adjacent to 6th Avenue and two VERY short blocks from Broadway. There are several subway stops within a hundred yards of the door and some restaurants/delis on the same block. I used to stay in the Murray Hill area because it was cheaper and was quiet but this is far more convenient. The only note to remain aware of is that you must go to other parts of town if you wish to find a real grocery store and stock up on stuff for the kitchenette. We walked over to 8th Ave and stocked up on fruit, coffee, bottled water, cream cheese, juice and microwave popocorn so we were able to have breakfast and snacks in the room. It makes the days more affordable and leaves extra $$ for a nicer dinner.
