Cruise was just wonderful, perfect weather, perfect tours and your suggestion was taken regarding the wind suit for me and DH. It was also the perfect piece of clothing.

These abbreviations are used to baffle and induce people like you to ask about their "secret" meaning.
They are used by people who don't know their dictionary meanings. DH, for instance is an abbreviation that means Designated Hitter and Doctor of Humanities, but the "secret" meanings are Dear Husband and Ditzy Housewife.
