Quality of Americuites Lodging?

We have reservations at the Amerisuites in San Antonio in a few weeks. Never having stayed in one of their properties, I am interested in feedback as to the quality of their lodgings. I have looked at their website and the rooms seem nice enough Would like to hear from someone who has stayed in an Amerisuites even if it's not the one in San Antonio. Thanks

Amerisuites are kinda like most all suite hotels, While not luxurious, they do provide an extra level of comfort with the extra room, which can be really good if you have kids with you. My personal favorite is Embassy Suites with the free cooked to order breakfast. Filled up on that so much, I didn't need a big lunch.

The Amerisuites that we stayed at in Livonia MI did serve breakfast and also served a buffet several different nights and had coffee and cookies every night. I don't know about others but would highly recommend this one.

I've stayed at the Amersuites in Ft.Lauderdale/Plantation and Dallas. The looked exactly the same outside and in. They did not have a separate bedroom but rather a living area divided from the bedroom by a wall on one half of the room. The breakfast is a good continental one - variety of cereals, pastries, fruit, etc. They also have a popcorn machine in the lobby that makes popcorn in the evening. At the two I stayed at the staff was very pleasant.

Thanks for all the feedback on Amerisuites. It sounds like it will be a nice place to stay and good value also.
