I am planning a trip to New Orleans next weekend...I was there about 5 yrs ago and the psychic I went to was great...Can you suggest a Psychic that was half decent? I will be staying in the French Quarter. The girlfriend I am taking has never been to one so I would like to show her a Great time and when you go to NOlA you have to get the psychic mode...Thanks

Had a great tarot card reading from a woman at the Voodoo Museum in the french quarter. Little did I know until afterwards but I saw her on the travel channel several times talking about New Orleans and the occult. She was an african american woman that looks like a typical voodoo priestess and also does chants and dances to bring you good luck. Have fun!

Be sure to call Cleo before you go! I hear she's quite good and you know the accent makes her readings all that much more accurate. I'm sure if they're from Africa then they really mucst be good!! PS: I'm taking orders for Santa if you're interested.

You people REALLY scare me.
Do you also still believe in the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus?!
I always wondered who was footing the bills for those stupid psychic hotline scams on TV.

Dcp and Jean,
If you don't like the heading of a topic than don't read it! Stop trying to ruin other people's fun.

I'm not into psychics and have no reccomendations. However, for these jerks to criticize you for being interested is absurd. I wonder how many of them do things that others think is a waste of money. Just ignore them, they are probably so pathetic that insulting you makes them feel better about their pathetic dreary little lives.

We've been to "colo?" (not sure of spelling) a couple of times and really enjoyed it. He reads palms in his shop on Royal across the street from court of two sisters. The shop is at the end of a little alley.

Wow T! Or should we refer to you as Mr. T (bad haircut & bad attitude). I believe we "nay-sayers" were just having a little fun and possibly hoping to prevent the poor soul from getting suckered. Anyway, I need to get back to my castle and drury little life. PS: Loosen the chin strap on your helmet and try to smile from time-to-time.

I had a reading at The Bottom of the Cup Tearoom on Royal. It turned out very accurate. They tape the reading and the tape is yours to keep. Look on the net for New orleans coupons and you may find one for this place. I had $5.00 off coupon in March.

Cool, a psychic with a coupon. Is it owned or operated by Pizza Hut?

Oh, sure, money spent on booze is SO much better spent -- not only aids in your own "vision" of the present, past and future but adds calories and gives the car insurance people something to do.

At least we New Orleanians get tax money from booze! Psychics don't pay sales taxes and most don't even bother to get the required permits necessary to sit at Jackson Square.

With all the fattening food in N.O. and the fact that very few tourists rent cars - spending your money on booze instead of psychics wont make much of a difference.
