Private Guide: Chinatown / LIttle Italy

My 84 year old mom is coming to NYC with us and wants to go on a walking tour of Chinatown/Little Italy, but I am afraid she won't be able to keep up with an organized tour; hence, I would like to arrange a private tour that runs at her pace. She will bounce around with energy and excitement BUT I just don't want her to be pressured by a bigger group. It's all about Mom! Any recommendations for guides is appreciated. Thank you. (Saturday morning. 7/21; 3 hours-ish)

7/21 a Thursday - do you mean 7/23?
Can't suggest a private guide but can recommend Foods of NY tour company who offers a Saturday 3 hour Gourmet Chinatown tour that might fit your bill. We've done a couple of their tours and the pace is quite relaxed, plus this Chinatown tour has three seated stops.

While I can't recommend a tour guide I did look up 'private guide Chinatown' on google. I found some that look interesting although the cost may or may not be attractive. They are at least worth taking a look at. Perhaps one of them can fit your needs.

(Seamus already mentioned Foods of NY tour )
