Priceline and suites?
My husband and I will be traveling with our 18 year old son next week. We want to Priceline either one suite or two hotel rooms. On the Bidding for Travel website, the area and level that we are looking for lists four properties- two suites only hotels, two regular hotels. How do you handle that? Is there any way to designate suites only when bidding? If we bid for two rooms and get the suites hotel, we wind up with an extra room.

Yep you are right, Priceline is great to use, but you can't decided which hotel or what kind of room. So bidding two rooms is your only choice at whatever level (1 star 4 star etc.) that you want.
Yes if you get, for example, an embassy suites and bid two rooms you will get two suites at the Embassy.

Not sure why you topped this - you won't get any different answers (or if you do, they're wrong). You absolutely cannot request suites when bidding on priceline. Your options are to bid on two rooms, knowing that one may be wasted (but still saving money potentially), or find a rate that you're happy with elsewhere.
