Please Recommend Hotel near Brookline Village T Stop in Boston.

Hi, I am looking for hotel recommendations near the Brookline Village T Stop in Boston. I will be traveling there in March and would like to find a nice hotel for around $100-$130. I appreciate any suggestions you have. Thanks!

There's a Holiday Inn on Beacon Street in Brookline, right at a T stop.

I think that the Holiday inn in brookline is the only hotel. It is in coolidge corner NOT brookline village. but your options are very limited. it is not that far of a walk (I used to do it all the time when I lived there) but the walk is a solid 10-15 minutes (there is the 65 and 66 bus which will take you there if you prefer). I must add that the green line has B,C,D,E divisions and brookline village is on the D division (also a short walk to the E) and coolidge corner is on the C line. all trains end up in kenmore and have the same stops after that. Coolidge corner is a better place to stay than brookline village there is more going on. but both are very nice, eat at anna's taqueria (c corner), baja betty's (village)......

Thanks for the replies! How many minutes do you think it takes from the Copley T stop to the Brookline Village T Stop? I am thinking of staying in the Back Bay area. I appreciate your suggestions! Thanks!

that would be about 10 minutes at most(the D line is the fastest, by far of the green lines). I don't want to discourage you from staying in Brookline, I would actually prefer to stay there.
