Here's a list of the restaurants at O'Hare:

Looks like Pizzeria Uno and Reggio's are the two pizza places there, Pizzeria Uno in Terminals 1, 2, and 5, and Reggio's in Terminal 1.
Haven't been to either of these (either the airport location or the city locations), but maybe someone else can chime in with comments on these two places.

Pizzeria Uno is a national chain that started in Chicago. Still, I don't think that any pizza you'd get at the airport would compare to the real deal. They just don't seem to set up the facilities there for good pizza - it's just fast pizza. Real deep-dish pizza takes 45-60 minutes to make, and most people at airports simply don't have time to wait that long just to get their food.

The Uno's at the airport doeesn't compare to the real thing, it's small individual pizzas and how good they taste depends on how long they've been sitting there.
If you want a good pizza, not Chicago style, I'd go for Wolfgang Puck's, they've got good wood fired pizzas that are fresh.
Either one of these is better than eating airline food (if they even serve it these days)-yuck!

If you don't have your heart completely set on Pizza, there is a Billy Goat's in the United terminal. They are almost as good as the downtown locations, although not nearly as quaint! And, they served french fries! So, if you want to try another Chicago Institution, you could go that route. We had one last one while we were waiting on our flight last year. Very yummy!
