St. Rose, Illinois--Popeye's (NOT the fast food place!!)
The two places I've eaten over and over during my lifetime (in the case of Mona's, since I was a little girl. And that's a long time!) that have never disappointed! Well, those two and Wally's Drive In in Breese, Il.
