phoning fm CDG into Paris

I have rented an apt in Paris for a month and a friend is coming, after I arrive, for a week's stay. I need to tell her how to phone "my" apt. in Paris 75008 fm CDG. I think she will omit 33 since I believe that is the country code. This is the # I was given by the owner:

33 17 55 188 35

Will I omit 33 and add 0 before 17? 017 55 188 35?

Can she buy a telecarte simple in the airport? If so, where please? Is there a Tourist Info center in T2?
Merci beaucoup! I haven't been to Paris for many years and am very excited! Only 29 days before I arrive Sept 9--Oct 12!!!

KYJudy,
You'll get more and better responses if you repost this in the Europe forum.

If you repost, group the digits in two. That's the way the French system is read. But yes, 01 are the first two digits for the Paris area. Presumably your number reads 01 75 51 88 35.

I doubt that there are reduced rates. The cheapest way would be to go by RER, which might be convenient enough depending on the location of your hotel.
