parking for Kodak Theater
What's the best place to park for a performance at the Kodak Theater? I imagine they have a lot, but I envision being stuck in a mass exodus if I park in the main lot.
Are there decent lots within a couple of blocks (likely to have availability on a Friday night)? Would you suggest any in particular?
Thanks.
Jim

Getting stuck in a mass exodus has as much to do with what direction your heading. You don't want to have to traverse the area. Here's parking info (and a map) on the theater's website:

I'll be heading southwest, which is why I asked the question (the lost on the theater's website mostly are on the other side of Hollywood Blvd). I guess I'll try the lots near Hollywood High.
I have a feeling the Bowl will be getting out later (8:30 start time, whereas the Kodak's is 7:30), but I hadn't even considered that so thanks for the heads up.

The Methodist Church is in the opposite direction of where you want to go after Kodak.
I would park in one of the lots on Hawthorn (near Hollywood High) or the one at Hollywood Blvd. and El Cerrito Place from which you could drive south on La Brea.
