Dress code at a buffet in Las Vegas (even Bellagio's)?
That's like asking if there's a dress code at WalMart.
You'll see everyhting, and a sweater or nice slacks etc are unnecessary unless that's your thing.
Even the nicer restaurants at Bellagio admit patrons wearing jeans on occasion though they do have a dress code for those. LV is super casual.

I bum around vegas. I always forget what to wear until I get there and realize everyone is so obsessed with their quarters that absolutely no one notices what you are wearing. I suppose in the really nice restaurants they might care, but I have always worn comfortable Saturday clothes with maybe a little something to dress it up at night. I would dress up a little for a show, but in the day time fuhgetaboutit.
All they want is your money.
You will see everything though, like the 300 lb lady wearing a tight black dress with slits WAY up the sides, 4 or 5 inch see through acrylic platform heels, a feather boa, and a diamond encrusted v shaped something or other that hung around her neck down to her waste. That's not counting the make up.
So wear whatever you want.
