why do some people use travel agents vs. online bookings?

Some people:

-Don't have computers
-Don't want the hassle
-Don't feel the need to try and save money
-Travel to more exotic destinations where tour consolidators actually get better prices
-Don't really know where they want to go and would rather have an agent provide them with all the info than scan through all kinds of web material
-Think the "internet" is evil

Would prefer to have a travel agent help them when they encounter problems while traveling instead of being up the creek without a paddle when they book on the internet.

when I read "Some people: Think the internet is evil" I really crakked up.
6 years ago my mother told me the internet was EVIL....now she is always asking me to find things and book vacations on that "EVIL" internet!!!!!
