There is the famous Olympic park downtown which is a concrete fountain, and not much more. There are no real sites left to appreciate here. The horse park exists, but unless there is a horse event, it is just an empty facility. The same can be said about the other venues.

Centennial Park is worth a visit. They have improved it much more since the Olympics - in a few years when all the landscaping has matured it will be spectacular. Also, nearby visit the World of Coca-Cola, CNN Center,.. As far as the other Olympic sites - the stadium has been remodeled and is now home to the Atlanta Braves-take in a game.

From Marietta, GA take 75South to the North Street exit. At the exit turn right (Landmark Varsity, Georgia Tech)
Travel only a block or so and make a left onto Cenetennial Olympic Drive (may also be called Techwood Drive)... continue on this drive and you will literally run right into the Olympic Park. To park make a right at the intersection of olympic park, and phillips arena, take your first left and parking is $5.00 on either side.
