Oahu Sunset Dinner Cruises

Has anyone ever gone on any of the Sunset Dinner Cruises. Do you have recommendations?? Is it something worth doing?

Thanks

It all depends on your expectations. I took one during my last trip to Hawaii. I don't remember the tour operator. Boat was clean, food uninteresting but edible. Booze was not included. Sunset was pretty. I had a nice time, but it wasn't the highlight of my trip. This is one of those things, if you have time to kill, this is a pleasant way to spend an evening. If you skip it you aren't missing much.

Was the water calm? Did the boat seem stable?

if you are interested in a sunset boat thing, there are cocktail cruises that I'm planning on trying while in Maui this August. My dad has been to Maui many times and doesn't recommend the dinner cruise. He said the food isn't worth the price and you might as well go to a nice restaurant instead. If you do the cocktail thing it's less expensive and some do include the booze. Check out the 101 things to do in Hawaii website.

We did one at Ohau. As the others said, food ok, was crowded. The cocktail cruise was after sunset but would have been nice and cheaper.
