Oahu luau

Any recommendations as to which of the four luaus (that I'm aware of) is the best? Looking for outstanding entertainment versus food, although both together would be great.

Polynesian Cultural Center without a doubt has the best entertainment. Frankly, as far as the food is concerned, I think they're all about the same.

Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC) has the best Polynesian show in Hawaii. It is their evening show, 'Horizons'. It comes with any priced ticket package to the center. Starts about 7:30.

You can reserve the Ali'i Luau package at PCC. The luau show is good, perhaps not quite as good as Paradise Cove or Germaine's.

If you get the Ali'i Luau package at PCC, you get better seats for 'Horizons'. (the better the ticket package, the better the seats for 'Horizons')

Then there is the Canoe Pageant, 7 villages with their own shows and demonstrations, a canoe ride, IMAX plus games all included with any priced ticket package.

Have done 3 of them. It is really in what you are looking for...

Polynesian Cultural Center had the best SHOW, emphasis on show, hands down!

Paradise Cove had the best views, the cove really is pretty and romantic.

Germaine's had the best atmosphere and wins for me hands down just for that. You are really made to feel a part of the family and not just row 32 seat 6, get your food and go,go,go!

Plus, I got a great sunset shot on the water, liked the food the best, drinks were really good and the show was fun!

While the Polynesian Cultural Center has an excellent show, their food (both in the standard dinner and the luau) is mediocre at best (and that's being kind).
