My 2 cents...
OAHU all the way. Stay on the North Shore @ Turtle BAY for a few nights and on Waikiki. I like the Outrigger on the Beach. Go to Dukes, climb Diamond Head, snorkel Hanauma Bay, rent a car for a few days and visit the Aloha Swap Meet on weekends and Wednesdays, visit the Polynesian Cultural Center, Pearl Harbor. The list is endless. Try Roberts for a day trip to the Big Island and Volcanoes National Park. I'm available if you need a guide!!! Mahalo!

I'll add for the Honolulu area historic and architctural tours like: Bishop Museum, Iolani Palace, Chinatown, Doris Duke ShangriLa, Mission Homes, etc. Maybe not all of them on one vacation, but pick a few for a taste of the rich history of this city.

Any recommendations of great places to stay in Oahu and Kauai for a honeymoon that won't break the bank?
