as far as getting from logan to the hotel, if you need help let us know if you want to take the T (minimal bags) and would like directions if you can't figure them out from one of hte web sites (mbta.com, or maybe even directions on the eliot hotel site or logan airport site) -

but I'd probably just grab a cab at that hour of the day and it'll take maybe 20 minutes to get to you hotel.
