NYC Theatre...

We are going to be in NYC the weekend of the 23rd. Looking for a good play. We have really enjoyed off Broadway shows the past few years, The Vagina Monologues, Killer Joe and Dinner with Friends. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am wondering about Fool for Love and Noises Off (Broadway)?

Also any good rec's for dinner? We've been to Becco's, Union Square Cafe, The Gotham Bar & Grill to name a few.

There has just been so much discussion about these subjects lately, probably everyone is talked out on the subject.Perhaps you should type in the plays names, or NY into the text search box and see what you get there..then come back with a more specific question.

I don't know if this is up your alley but I just saw Metamorphoses yesterday and it was fairly short (no intermission) but really wonderful. The staging, with a huge pool of sometimes shimmering, sometimes splashingly violent water is incredible. And it's at Circle in the Square Theatre where there's not a bad seat in the house.

Proof should definitely be on your must-see list. Also, Noises Off, a very, very funny show.
