North Coast - CA

Has anyone stayed at Rivers End lodging in Jenner, CA?

Next June, after family graduation festivities in the East bay, my husband are planning to take a little side trip.
(from Berkeley)
Day 1 - Jenner (Rivers end - lodging and dinner)
Day 2 - Mendocino (Joshua Grindle Inn)
Day 3 - Glen Ellen (Beltane Ranch)
Day 4 - SFO/home

We've done the Mendocino portion and Sonoma but never stayed at either the Beltrane Ranch or Rivers End. Both seem unique, not too fancy and have beautiful surroundings. Would love feedback.

We were just there a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed a casual lunch and a bottle of wine on the veranda. Outstanding food a good people there. We go there often for lunch & dinner but have never stayed there.

I would assume that "there" is the Rivers End Lodge, just looking at the op.

Stu, the OP's FIRST question was "Has anyone stayed at Rivers End lodging in Jenner, CA?" so I would make the same assumption.

Mr. Stu - you are quite the charmer... or are you just having a bad day? I,of course, 'zeroed in on' the first question. To each his own??

BTW, thanks for your input to the OP's question.

The Joshua Grindle Inn in Mendocino is wonderful. Very gracious hosts. Very walkable to downtown and all the restuarants. Enjoy your trip.

I think this is a bit far for you, but if you ever feel like really going up to the North Coast, try staying at the Trinidad Bed and Breakfast in the small town of Trinidad, past Arcada. Awsome place, and you will never be so relaxed as having stayed here.
