Thank you for the advice. We haven't settled on a place yet, but this one is still an option! My boyfriend is a musician so we are looking forward to that aspect the most! We have an artsy/slightly shady area in out city too. I feel like if we trust our instincts and stay street smart, we will be fine. Thanks again!
