New Mexico to Las Vegas
I am planning a ten-day trip (two travel days inclusive) starting in New Mexico (Albuquerque?) and ending in Vegas. We'll be driving and I want to know what I cannot miss in between besides the Grand Canyon. Thanks in advance!

Don't miss Canyon de Chelly, Sedona, and Zion National Park.
In Canyon de Chelly, stay at the Holiday Inn and book a four-hour jeep tour there as well: http://www.holidayinn.com/hotels/us/...az/hoteldetail
Enjoy, HTTY
PS If you have time, while in Albuquerque, drive to Taos to visit the town and the Taos Puebla.

Where are you coming from? Rental car? Drop off fee OK?
Things to consider: 4 corners, Mesa Verde NP, Monument Valley, South Rim Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam.
Depending on where you are coming from, it might be easier/cheaper to fly to LV rent a car and see all of the above and perhaps Zion or the North Rim and then return the car to LV and fly home. The month of the year will dictate what you want to see and how crowded some places will be.

In addition to the sites mentioned above, along the way visit elMorro/Inscription Rock, Painted Desert/Petrified Forest, Wupatki, Sunset Crater, Walnut Canyon, and if you do even half of the places mentioned here be sure to get a National Park Pass at the first park you get to.
