New fire outside Yosemite

We are planning to head to Yosemite (Wawona area) this weekend. Is the smoke pretty bad now that there is a new fire burning in the area?

It's called the Telegraph fire if you want to Google it.

My sympathies go out to everyone that have had their houses burned down and those that are wondering if their houses will as well. And also to everyone that has their sky and air filled with the smoke. Having gone through this for about ten days recently I know how miserable it is to have air so filled with smoke it is difficult to breath. And yet we reminded ourselves our homes were not in danger of burning down. Take care and be safe.

I'suggest making other plans right now as the fires are not under control and evacuations are going on in the area. The reports we're getting on TV are that the area is blanketed by smoke and the fire is quite close to the park. Visitors may be getting in the way. The fire has already burned more than 20,000 acres, we're talking a major fire.
