need suggestions for "drinksafter theatre" places to go

My husband and I have been to New YOrk several times...always have everything covered but the "after theatre" time...looking for piano bar type of place, and would appreciate suggestions. Thanks!

I can't remember if they have a piano or not, but we enjoyed the View Lounge atop the Mariott Marquis for post-theatre drinks.

You might try Don't Tell Mama on West 46th Street (between 8th & 9th Avenues). Interesting crowd mix of straights and gays.

The Broadway Bar on the 8th floor of the Marriott Marquis. It has the best view of Times Square. Floor to ceiling views.
