geeat input and ideas from all of you...thank you!! I now have a better handle on what will work best for us...splitting the time between Mendocino and Healdsburg, then heading back to SF with an extra day to enjoy sounds like the best plan for us. We will spend the weekends in Mendocino and SF and use the weekdays to tour the wine country...checking out all the great wineries and places suggested by all...thanks again!
