Name of good restaurant in Chinatown

Hi! We will be visiting Chinatown Monday, and want to know what the name of a good restaurant is there? One that isn't real pricey would be good! Thanks for your help!

Dim Sum
Jing Fong-no concessions to occidential tastes, increbibly cheap

Joe's Ginger, Joe's Shamghai-soup noodles and rice cakes

Big Wong's (Yes that's the name) great spicy chow fun and cheap, spare ribs, congee, and Chinese crullers.

And wherever you eat be sure to go to the Chinatown Ice Cream Factory afterwards for store made ice cream with familiar and exotic flavors.

For the BEST Dim-Sum in Chinatown, I think it's Mardarin Court on Mott St, a few buildings down from Canal. Eat there and the Ice Cream Factory is around the corner. Walk to the end of the block and turn left. The waitstaff is very friendly and they serve from carts, just ask what they have.

Favorites
Shrimp dumplings
fried tao
shrimp in noodles
also remember to ask for the "sweet soy sauce", it's SO much better with everything.
