Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I am really excited! Are you from the area?

No, but I have relatives there that I visit every so often! As I said, it's one of the NICEST suburban areas along that coastline, very upscale, clean and nice, and, of course, not too far from the ocean! Except for the HEAT in the summertime you will really enjoy living there, but remember, it is SUBURBAN in nature! I hope you will make another posting later on after settling in for awhile and let us hear your opinions!

Hi,
Boca is a very upscale area. East is nearer the Ocean and there are more high rise communities. West is still developing and tends to be suburban in nature. Many of the communities are gated and share some recreational amenities.

There are other areas adjacent to Boca which are nice as well.

If you are looking for a home, I am a real estate agent and can help you or at least make suggestions though I need more specifics. E Mail me, if I can be of assistance.
Erni
