Memphis to New Orleans via Highway 61
My partner & I are considering a road trip from Memphis to New Orleans in early November via (mostly) Highway 61 for a total of about 5 or 6 days. I think 2 full days in Memphis will give us enough time to take in the usual tourist sights and eat plenty o' BBQ. Any suggestions for places to stop, stay and eat along the way to NOLA are appreciated.
