First-Class Mail International
POSTCARDS
Canada $1.15
Mexico 1.15
All other countries 1.15

So, $1.15. Use stamps with their value printed, not "forever" stamps.

I didn't realize there was a "global" forever, but my understanding was that regular forevers were for domestic use only, with the actually value not readily apparent. The solution, obviously, would be to just take it to the post office with any stamps she has already, use what she can & buy any she needs, if any.

The Global Forever is interesting, too--round shape, and gold-toned picot of the moon.

From the USPS website:
<Customers can use Forever Stamps for international mail, but since all international prices are higher than domestic prices, customers will need to attach additional postage. The value of the Forever Stamp is the domestic First-Class Mail letter price in effect on the day of use.>
