Looking for upscale hotel in Florida west coast

Azergo, Simpsonc510 didn't mean shop at TIA (which does have some nice shops), but at International Plaza, which is adjacent to the airport. Now that doesn't necessarily eliminate the word "expensive", but at least as malls go, this one has some excellent shops with wide selections from one where you can make your own Teddy Bear, to Crane Paper to a home theater store and everything in between. Not the same ole ho hum same ole.
Hyatt Coconut Point does not have rooms with kitchens, nor does the Grand Hyatt Tampa, in fact I can't think of any Hyatts that do unless you stay in a Hyatt timeshare. You may find some suites in certain properties with a microwave and perhaps a toaster and fridge, but that's about as indepth as food prep areas get.
