Can you recommend a place to stay for a few nights in the Haliewa area?

I saw your email only because I was wanting some tips on the north shore. You might want to post it at POST NEW MESSAGE. I will be at turtle bay hilton never been but it comes recommended. Check out Vactionspot.com for more ideas. There are condo rentals all over the islands and beyond. A friend who lives in the area warns against staying in Haleiwa town. She says the best spots are Sunset Beach, Banza Pipeline, Kea ki (sp) beach etc.You want to be on a swimming beach and I always ask about little annoying rocks, some beaches you need to wear these swim shoes. I like clear and smooth so the beaches above apparently fit that request.
