Looking back to forecast weather..
Does anyone know of a site where you can check past weather for a certain date? We're contemplating a mid-March trip to BC, but I'd like to get a better handle on what sort of weather we could typically expect to encounter. Weather Underground.com purports to have a historical feature, but they couldn't come up with mid-March 2003 for my location. Thanks!

Have you tried www.noaa.gov yet? I think they keep records and have charts on past weather or averages. *{J}*

To get past weather for British Columbia(BC), go to the Environment Canada website and click on "Climate Data" on the left hand side of the web page:

The trick with wunderground.com is that you have to be looking at the current forecast for a specific city, in order to get the boxes that let you choose a past date. Go to the page below, click on a specific location, and on the left, below "current conditions" you'll see hte "history & almanac" box.

I've found www.worldclimate.com to be helpful. Type in the city you want and it gives data on historical average temp, high/low temp, and percipation by month.
