Has anyone ever rented a row boat and rowed around the lake in Central Park? Is it large enough to enjoy for an hour or so?

I never rented a boat but watched others row while I sipped my ccktails. They were hilarious I don't think ayone that was on the lake tht day could row. It was like bumping cars. Some of the people just rowed in circles for well ovre an hour.
It appeared large enuf to enjoy for a while.

As everyone says it's well worth it. Out of curiosity, does it need to last a full hour?

Why don't you rent the remote control boats on the pond not far from there. Then go have a drink on the patio of the boathouse cafe and watch the other rowers exhaust themselves.
