Can anyone tell me ANYTHING about this place?
I know it just opened last year, but has anyone stayed there? Looking for information on rooms, location (near 3rd street or pier), and parking (how much...alternatives to valet?)

Jason,
It's closer to the pier than to the 3rd St. Promenade. It's right on the boardwalk so you'll have very easy beach access. I know nothing about the interior of the hotel, having never gone in or reason to stay there.

Surely there must be someone who has stayed there...It's right in Santa Monica. Don't know whether to book it or keep looking...
