Like I said, we'll have to wait for the investigation.
If it is someone trying to make a political point, I've never felt the means justifies the ends. Rather, if the means are so corrupt, so evil, we can know that so are the ends.

And, the publicity is what the gunman wants. The act, taking precious human lives, should strengthen our resolve.

That would be the ends don't justify the means, but the means corrupt the ends.

Also, using the word "coward" as a catch-phase for all-things-bad-and-evil kind of grates on me. That's all.

SO was this someone who was out to kill an ex wife,a girl friend,surely he didn't think he would get through security carrying the gun? Who says this had anything to do with any terrorist? Everytime someone kills someone,there is no reason to think it is terrorism.
Why should anyones day be ruined with news of another shooting in LA?

You just don't get it...it was El Al Airlines..and if it isn't somebody from the Middle East I'll be very surprised. Fortunately, their security is very tight at EVERY airport they have a counter usually and at least one of the B______s was shot.. they said another one got away.. They were trying to make a point!!! I say...an eye for an eye.....
