You could check with individual airlines that post cyberfares on their websites. I use www.smarterliving.com You sign up, list your departure location (can choose more than one), and they email you weekly with cyberfares departing from that city. It's comprehensive (lists most major airlines) and also lists international flights.

Suzy--Most of the airlines offer complete deals. As Jane said, check out their website...usually you can get the deals emailed to you weekly. The complete packages seem very reasonable too.
Also, expedia.com and travelocity.com have sections for complete packages. They're just some of the ones I've come across. I'm sure there are a million out there.
