We are going to Las Vegas next week and staying at the Green Valley Ranch and Spa. We prefer not to go to the strip for dinner. Does anyone have any recommendations for dinner in Henderson, at the other hotels or at the Green Valley Ranch, in particular? We will entertain all price ranges. There is a faculty dinner one night and we are on our own the other two. I would enjoy a nice meal, which would be the evening's activity.
