Harrah's used to have one, and I suppose they still do. The problem is that there is still a lot of walking at Harrah's as there would be any other place that has a moving sidewalk.

If you are hoping to find an easy way to get from place to place in Las Vegas on foot, there are not enough moving sidewalks there to help you much. It is usually a long walk from one property to another even when they are shown on a map to be adjacent to each other.
