Lancaster, PA Restaurants

Will be in Lancaster, Pa for a weekend and am looking for recommendations for places to eat. Any kind food would be fine and moderately priced-dinner for 2 $100 or less would be nice. Thanks

Our son goes to school in Lancaster at Franklin & Marshall college. Whenever we're down to visit we like Carr's & The Pressroom (both downtown) & Iron Hill on Harrisburgh Tpke at Franklin & Marshall college. You can check out their menus on line, reservations are advised

If you want Pennsylvania Dutch style food, you can get this in family-style presentation at Good and Plenty (been here and enjoyed it) or Plain and Fancy Farm or Stoltzfus Farm Restaurant, or in smorgasbord type presentation at Shady Maple or Miller's.

I've enjoyed a couple of meals at Gibraltar, just across from Franklin & Marshall. It has been a few years, though.
