Amtrak is charging $80 each for the trip from Lamy station into town. Apparently the $40 shuttle isn't running currently.

Counting on cellphone service in that windswept ghost town isn't very appealing, or depending on the kindness of strangers as I had in the past.

Anyone know a more reasonable and dependable alternative?
