Kona, Big Island, Casa de Emdeko neighborhood

I figured out that our condo rental is across the street from Casa de Emdeko. Can anyone describe what it might look like? I got the place through VRBO and this is our first rental with an owner. Everything sounds good, I guess I'm just getting nervous because I have to send the balance of the money soon for our Christmas break trip.

I've stayed at a condo in that neighborhood recently and it was a good area. There's a small convenience store on the street at the Casa de Emdeko. There is a public path to the shoreline between condo complexes just to the south of Casa de Emdeko.

Here's an aerial view of the neighborhood:

I've stayed at Casa de Emdeko twice, the last time 6 years ago. It is a relatively quiet area. The little building out front had a small grocery store, a florist and a bathing suit store.

We were there last year and although we did not stay in Casa de Emdeko, the area looked fine.
