Excellent choices. It won't be warm enough to go into the water but will be uncrowded and "spring-like" (by Northern standards.
Myrtle beach is a strip of hotels and restaurants, very touristy. I would avoid it.
Kiawah is uncrowded natural beauty. THere are several resort developments there. Sorry don't know the names. I'm sure they are listed on the net. Kiawah is also near Charleston (fly into there) which is worth visiting.
Hilton head is beautiful but overdeveloped. Tons of condos, hotels, houses to rent. Feb will be off season so less crowded. The beach is nice and gentle and you can walk forever. If you golf, HH is a golfer's paradise. It is further South than the other places so will be a tad warmer.
You lcan get "cold" weather that time of year so be prepared (cold=40-50 degrees.)
If I were going, I'd consider staying in Charleston and driving to the beach (30 min away). There is more to do there.
Good luck.

Ann,
My vote would go for Kiawah, mostly because of it's proximity to Charleston which is a wonderful place to visit. Hilton Head is definately over developed. If you are going for golf and tennis you might enjoy it. My impression of the beach is that there is not that much on Hilton Head. I thought only one of the developments really had much of a beach. Can't remember the name but it is the one with Harbortown. I think it is the oldest one. If you are not staying there you will not have access to the beach.
But as I said for me it wouldn't be a question of which one. Kiawah would be it.

I am fifteen years old and for the past two years I have stayed at a great resort in Hilton Head. The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. You are right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants and things to do. There is an opportunity for great beach biking. I went in March so I don't know what the weather will be like for you. The hotel has cable, a refridgerator, a stove, a microwave and a balcony. It was really a relaxing vacation a opposed to a trip crammed with sight-seeing. My mom says that if she was going in February she would go further south to Florida because it is probably pretty cold in February.
Hope I was of some help,

Living in Charleston, that would be my recommendation for Kiawah. If it's rainy or you want to visit some sites in addition to beach and golf, Charleston has it all. For a great listing of things to do there's a great internet site that includes a section of Tips for Tourists:
http://www.charleston.net/
For Kiawah: http://www.kiawah.com
We live on Isle of Palms which is a bit closer to Charleston than Kiawah and there's a resort hotel right at the beach in Wild Dunes:
