Keywest Hotel Help

Would you stay at Inn at Keywest in a balcony room or at the Sheraton Keywest hoping to get a balcony room. Rooms and pool look really nice at Inn at Keywest. Location of Sheraton seems better. Help me make the decision.

Hi gaillondon, we were in Key West in February, staying at the Marriott. The advantage of having a complimentary shuttle for transportation to the downtown was a real plus. Not sure whether or not the hotels you are considering have such transportation, but it may be worth exploring. Enjoy Key West!

Are you driving? Both places are not in my desired area.

neither is in a great location for key west... its like staying near your local mall and you have to drive into Old Town and find parking... the areas are busy, with fast food and commercial businesses and lack the real character of Key West... a waste of money if you want the Key West vibe...

There are reasonable accomodations right in Old Town that you can park your car and walk the area... if you are on a budget, consider staying away from Key West as far away as Islamorada and driving in for the day...

I think the construction is suppose to be done on Roosevelt but if not it was a mess getting around. Stay in Old Town.
